Mql5 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the mql5 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mql5 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided by mql5.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on the platform, users are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. The platform reserves the right to update these terms from time to time — users will be notified via in-account notifications or their registered email when material changes occur.

2. Account Creation & Security

To use mql5's services, you are required to register an account using accurate, current, and truthful information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Duplicate or multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure. mql5 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the mql5 customer support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

Users agree to use the mql5 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or attempts to exploit the system is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Users are prohibited from:

• Sharing or transferring your account to another party
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manage bets
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass imposed restrictions

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of any existing balance.

4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the mql5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including local e-wallets (Boost, GrabPay) and Malaysian internet banking. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and belong to them.

Mql5 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, including identity verification and proof of payment method. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements stated separately at the time the offer is made. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Mql5 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, technical service interruptions, or internet connectivity failures on the user's end. Users access the platform at their own risk and are advised to set personal betting limits in line with their financial means.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Identity verification failed or information provided is found to be false
• The user violates any usage rules set out in these terms
• Account inactive for a set period with no activity
• Account closure requested by the user

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance linked to the violating activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned once the review process is complete.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the mql5 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive intellectual property of mql5. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content without prior written permission from the platform.

The mql5 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. mql5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.

Mql5 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and discontinue use of the platform.
